The Story Behind Craig Dyson Fitness

My transformation began like many others, staring in the mirror and hating the reflection looking back at me. Back then, muscle definition was non-existent, excess fat clung to my frame, and confidence? That was just a distant dream.

Despite countless hours in the gym, the physique I dreamed of having remained out of reach. Without realising, I would fall into the common trap most beginners do when it comes to training and dieting — trying to out-train a poor diet, jumping between trending meal plans, and praying something would finally stick.

But temporary fixes led to temporary results, leaving me spinning my wheels without direction. The turning point came when I stopped searching for shortcuts and started seeking knowledge. I studied the science of transformation, connected with experienced coaches, and turned their wisdom into action. That decision changed everything.

Armed with real understanding, I crafted a structured approach to training and nutrition. Progress finally became visible… but I wanted more. Taking the ultimate step, I invested in professional bodybuilding coaching. That's when everything skyrocketed.

By working closely 1-1 with a coach, my physique evolved, my mindset sharpened, and I pushed beyond anything I ever dreamed was possible. Eventually earning my place on the bodybuilding stage, coming 2nd at the Natural Bodybuilding British Finals. The results in just my first year spoke volumes.

During this time, I was already helping local clients transform their bodies through my personal training business. Seeing their results alongside my own journey sparked something bigger… I realised I could help men everywhere achieve these same life-changing results.

Which is why I decided to move my business online and create the ultimate coaching community for men
